Delete Your Account
Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Konnext account.
Warning — deletion cannot be undone
- Your profile will be permanently removed
- Messages, matches, and all posts will be lost
- Active premium subscriptions will be canceled (no refund for used time)
- Deleted data is removed from our backups within 30 days
- You cannot register again with the same email for 30 days
Before you delete
If you have an auto-renewing premium subscription, cancel it first via App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) settings to prevent charges in the next cycle.

Delete from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
Email us at services@codeweb.co.th with the subject ‘DELETE ACCOUNT’ and your registered email — services@codeweb.co.th
