Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Konnext mobile application, operated by Konnext. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation
You must register and create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, post harmful or offensive content, harass other users, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in spam or commercial activities.
4. App Features
Profile photos unlock after 3 days of conversation. Video calls unlock after 7 days. Matches expire after 24 hours of inactivity. Premium members receive enhanced features.
5. Premium Membership
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew. You may cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play settings. Refunds are subject to platform policies.
6. Identity Verification
We may require identity verification to enhance community safety. Verified users receive a badge and premium benefits.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided 'as is' without warranties. Konnext is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
