Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 20, 2025
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Konnext mobile application ('App'), operated by Konnext. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Konnext is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
2. Account Creation
You must register and create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, post harmful or offensive content, harass other users, attempt unauthorized access, share another person's likeness without consent, or engage in spam or commercial activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
4. App Features and Unlock Schedule
Match's profile photos unlock after 7 days of conversation. Video calls require an active Premium membership. Matches expire after 24 hours of inactivity. Premium members receive enhanced features including ad-free feed, unlimited likes, super-likes, video calls, and access to filters.
5. Premium Membership
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through your App Store or Google Play account and auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's platform policies.
6. Identity Verification
We may require identity verification to enhance community safety. Verified users receive a badge and additional benefits. Verification documents are processed by trusted partners and retained per our Privacy Policy.
7. Advertising and Rewarded Content
Free users see in-feed advertising in the community feed. Live Match (PK Battle) hosts may opt to watch a rewarded video ad in exchange for an additional Live Match attempt; this is optional and the reward is granted only after the ad completes. Konnext does not offer or accept any reward, virtual currency, premium upgrade, or in-app benefit in exchange for rating or reviewing the App on the App Store or Google Play.
8. Live Match (PK Battle)
By creating, joining, or watching a Live Match room you consent to having your camera and microphone recorded for safety review. Recordings are governed by the Privacy Policy and are deleted automatically after 48 hours (or up to 14 days if a report is filed). Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in being removed from the room and account-level penalties.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account from within the App at any time.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Konnext is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including any interactions with other users.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
